Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:

- Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and other required platforms
- Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon terms
- Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. General terms include:
- Payments are due as specified in your contract or invoice
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other agreed-upon methods
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content, designs, and materials on our website remain the property of TechAnveshan. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, all content and deliverables created specifically for you become your property. We may retain samples for our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Results Disclaimer
Important: While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TechAnveshan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With written notice as specified in your service agreement
- Immediately if the other party breaches these terms
- Upon mutual agreement
Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and deliverables for which payment has been made.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- If unsuccessful, resolved through mediation or arbitration
- Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai courts
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
